Our property faces a large green field that extends to the phenomenal skyline of the ocean. You can access Samara beach and Cangrejal beach and be spoiled by the beauty of the two main beaches here. Next to us is also a local, typical Costa Rican soda (eating house) where you can enjoy some Casado, Olla de Carne, or some Gallo Pinto. We are 20 minutes away by car or bus from the white sand beaches of Carrillo. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and friendly. A short stroll of 15 minutes will take you to the hustle and bustle of town.

HOTEL POLICIES
GENERAL POLICIES
1. CHECK IN: After 2:00 pm. CHECK OUT: At 11:00 am. If a later check-out is required, it will be $20 per hour.
2. VISITORS: House guests are responsible for checking in visitors at the front desk. Visitors must leave the hotel by 9:00 pm. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the rental agreement. Overnight visitors must be approved in advance, will be charged $50 /night.
3. BREAKFAST: Will be served from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
4. NO COOKING INSIDE THE ROOM: no meals involving the use of electrical appliances may be prepared inside the hotel.
5. FUNCTIONS: Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited in our hotel.
6. PARKING: One car per reservation in the parking lot -only for hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Space available on a first-come, first-served basis; vehicles parked at your own risk.
7. LEAVING YOUR ROOM: Turn off all lights, fans, A/C and TV when you leave your room. Lock the door and store valuables in the safe provided, as we are not responsible for them.
8. JACUZZI / SWIMMING POOL: No food or drinks in glass bottles are allowed in the pool/jacuzzi area. Please be responsible for yourself and your children during the use of these facilities; children must be supervised at all times within the property.
9. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the hotel area. You will be charged $150 if you do so.
10. DAMAGE: A damage deposit of $250 applies to all hotel guests.
11. ANY MISSING ROOM ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED: If any damage or missing items are found in the room, the full amount will be charged immediately to the card/deposit provided at check-in.
12. USE OF ROOM LINENS AND TOWELS: DO NOT take towels from your room to the beach. We provide beach or pool towels at the front desk. Replacement charges: Bath towels $30, hand towels $20.
Double sheets $50, single sheets $30 and room key $25.

14. ENTRANCE DOOR: Please note that the entrance door will be locked at 10pm. Use your front door key to open.
